Charlotte's Stock Is Rising
Who We Are
The 49er Club provides scholarship assistance to over 400 student-athletes across 19 varsity sports.
Established in 1969, the 49er Club has developed into a vitally important support group, pursuing excellence, integrity and pride in the University's athletic program. The 49er Club, the Athletic Foundation's official booster organization, offers membership to both individuals and businesses.
Our Priorities
As Charlotte's stock continues to rise, the need for philanthropic investment in our future has never been greater. No matter how you choose to invest in Charlotte Athletics, every gift helps create opportunities for our student-athletes and strengthens the championship culture we are building across our programs. Together, we are creating the momentum that will continue elevating Charlotte Athletics for years to come.

Impact
As an international student-athlete, the opportunity to compete for Charlotte has meant more than I can fully express. Being able to wear the Charlotte logo, travel with my teammates, and compete against the best amateur golfers in the world has shaped me personally and as a golfer. From quality travel arrangements to proper training resources, your generosity makes a real difference in our daily lives and competitive success.

Gwen and I are enthusiastic supporters of the Charlotte 49ers Athletic program. Knowing our contributions directly support the development of student-athletes and help provide them with the resources to succeed is incredibly rewarding. The program fosters growth, discipline, and leadership, giving athletes the tools they need to thrive both on and off the field. Our contributions not only help sustain the program's success but also ensure future generations of students have the opportunity to excel. It's truly a privilege to be part of such a positive, impactful community. Go Niners!!
